- Minimum of 10 years in hands on HR Operations – Recruiting, on-off boarding process, payroll, working with outsourced vendors, HR-systems, regional and global HR-projects etc.
- Solid understanding of Korean Labor Law, Employee Relations/Business Partnering, Training & Development and Talent Management/Development
- Ability to speak English at a level strong enough to work with comfortably with HR colleagues in the region and stakeholders at the Sweden HQ. Able to conduct communications between HQ in Sweden for all HR matters
- Possesses a positive attitude, displays Integrity and upholds ethics and values synonymous with company core values as an organization.
