Main responsibility

·        Collaborate strategy development and execution in the assigned squads, project team or company by applying various analytic projects such as pts-build model, forecasting, customer segmentation and targeting, portfolio prioritization analysis, etc.

·        Lead various business analytic activities by identifying the needs of customers, ecosystem and our ecosystem partners and providing timely and comprehensive solutions to address the needs. Analytic activities may involve, but not limited to, global/ regional/ local market research and/or project initiatives. 

·        Provide appropriate data/analysis/insights to help squad and enabling team measuring its performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions when necessary

·        Create and maintain business reports which are foundation to manage corporate business.

·        Collaborate with both internal & external key stakeholders to ensure timely collection and dissemination of competitor information/ competitive intelligence on key products, disease areas and critical issues in the industry

·        Recommend customer management strategy by customer profiling 

·        Assess PPOC deployment and activities (FTE etc.) and provide recommendations or insights to squad and RokET in optimizing resource allocation and maximize the efficiencies and effectiveness of field activities.

·        Manage vendor relationship to optimize the quality, service and the value of outsourced works

Requirement

·        Bachelors or above degree

·        Minimum 7 years experience and background in pharmaceutical business is preferred. Pharmaceutical marketing experience is an advantage and most preferably in business analytics

·        Strength in quantitative and qualitative technical skills to perform Primary Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Data Visualisation and Storytelling, Field force effectiveness and multi channel and digital analytics 

·        Experience of business analysis utilizing the following data - treatment/usage patterns with market research data, brand equity research data based on customers perceptions, syndicated sales & marketing data and longitudinal pts-level data.

·        Understanding of the customer insight, pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulations, and competitive environment of pharmaceutical industry  

·        Knowledge on products and relevant therapeutic areas.

·        Fluent in English
