You will be joining a global high-performance team and empowered and trusted to make decisions, bringing the best user experience to the workplace. You will ensure business continuity by managing local infrastructure and technology lifecycle and also partner with business and external stakeholders to support and co-create technology-enabled solutions aligned with our company strategy.
What you’ll be working on:
Provide end-user support, including but not limited to: manage incidents and service requests, create and maintain a knowledge base, support and facilitation of meetings and events.
Support and manage workplace infrastructure and technology lifecycle to ensure business continuity.
Design and lead user adoption programs, training and communication campaigns to support end-user digital transformation and enablement.
Identify and lead workplace digitalization initiatives to elevate user experience and productivity.
Actively participate within an above-country squad and networked setting to deliver on our strategic priorities.
Partner with business and external stakeholders to co-create and drive business opportunities enabled by Information and technology.
Additional Local Role Requirements:
Provide local and offsite meeting and event support and facilitation.
Scope and lead small projects to meet business demand.
Accountable for monitoring and improving user satisfaction.
Local Vendor Management.
