MAIN / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
.1. Finance and Accounting
Complete sales flash report with inputs from local Sales and Commercial team members
Manage accrual records for postings by CFS
Assist on gathering local information or resolving queries from Region Finance
Manage payment process for invoices from vendors
Report finance compliance payment report
Establish process or execute other tasks as required by the business
2.Sales Operations
Complete tax invoice billing to customers
Mange clinical trial PO and chargebacks to Global team
Assist on sales administrative work - Customer Code / List Price / Item Master Maintenance
Compute distributor margin compensation and vendor commission
Managing monthly sales data system and generating analysis reports
Manage account ERP sales system & generate reports
Establish process or execute other tasks as required by the business
3.Compliance
Manage 3PP & DPS / DPO approval process
Complete Purchase Requisition process for purchases to be made
Complete paperwork and filing for no charge products and samples
Complete sponsorship process by coordinating well with CFS and OEC
Document KMDIA payment
Provide support or coordination for audits
Establish process or execute other tasks as required by the business
4.Supply Chain and Demand management
Perform order management using BPCS and 3PL WMS
Execute inbound stock replenishment process together with 3PL warehouse operator
Execute outbound stock process based on PO confirmation
Support return process coordination
Manage SCR, PO/SRO, inventory with Region team and local warehouse under 3PL operator
Mange Global Clinical trial PO & ICB Process with region and local Finance team
Support inventory disposal by submitting and following up with Ansan warehouse team
Establish process or execute other tasks as required by the business
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Prefer if has at least 2 yrs. experience in Finance and sales system management, operation experience
•Prefer Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university is preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED
•Good oral and written Korean/ English communication skills
•Excellent computer usage skills (Excel, PPT etc.)
•Resilience, to enable to deal with problems and constructive criticism
•Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn and work at timely manner
•Good working relationship with others internally and externally
