Job Description
1) To support the establishment of marketing strategy, Market Survey, Gathering information about competitors' activities and price strategies to set up counter-proposals, Information analysis
2) Monitoring and analysis sales performance, Analyze monthly and yearly sales trend, Analyze sales turn over by branch
Calculate profitability by IVD instrument (analyzers) & Reagents
3) Product stock management, Stock status check, Rolling forecast
4) Preparing the sales tools, Prepare brochures and advertising films, Gimmicks, Seminar & Symposium, Master presentation file
5) Training & Education, Internal training for employees (Customer support team and sales rep.), External training for distributors
Introduce new & strategic products (on label) to customers, Communication with global marketing and support team
Participating the product training
6) Customer visiting
Workshop, product presentation, proposals (on label) etc.
Visit customers for critical product changes or problem solving (on label)
7)Meeting with sales Reps and distributors, Product training, Collecting information of the competitors and the customers
8) Product lifecycle management, Prepare official documents for NECA & HIRA registration with market access team
Handing reimbursement issues, Phase out and/or change generation of related products
Price management by customer segment and/or strategic purpose
Prepare & execute new product launch on local market in communication with Global HQ/APAC/Local internal supports
Support solution of quality issue with interal stakeholders
Expand indication & contents in method sheet with RA
Qualification:
1) At least 2 years-experience in the diagnostics or related industry
2) Bachelor's degree or higher
3) Great communication skills and analytical thinking ability
4) Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills
5) Customer-centric business attitude
