Core Job Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Implementation
• Develop strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)
• Ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
• Lead internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement
Market Intelligence
• Analyze and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
Forecast accuracy & Budget Management
• Assess and understand the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives
• Demonstrate sound financial management by ensuring expenses are within budgets to achieve profit targets
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders
• Build positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
• Seek opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics
Work with Field Force and Other Commercial & Cross-divisional functions
• Work effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
• Partner closely with Trade Relations, Key Account Management to develop and implement pricing and channel strategies
• Understand the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets.
Minimum Experience/Knowledge required:
• Degree from Pharmacy or Medical Science background preferred.
• Industry experiences more than 5 years (including at least 3-year marketing experience)
• Marketing experience in CV area preferred
• Proficient in oral and written communication in English
