• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product, customer(especially “Patients”) and environment
• Shape the market to highlight unmet medical/ social needs
• Identify specific business opportunities, draft and implement specific plans of action in order to maximize the opportunity
• Lead account planning and implement access process
[Oncology]
• Develop overarching HCP marketing strategies and tactics, including creation of brand strategy plan, launch plans, and competitive readiness plans and develop key sales messages
• Lead the integration of insight from a variety of sources to establish the robust opportunity focused strategies
Bachelor’s degrees and above (major in Biology/Pharmacy preferred)
7+ years of commercial experience working at a specialty-focused or oncology pharmaceutical company
3+ years of marketing experience including in-line marketing or new product planning, and 3+ years of sales experience
Experience in relevant therapeutic area is a plus
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytics, and effective project management skills
Demonstrated self-starter with experience working with cross-functional team
Good command of English
