Identify business opportunities and implement customer engagement strategy for the disease area by applying multichannel and omnichannel approaches
Create a seamless message to customers based on their behavior needs and through the customer journey touchpoints in order to reach the ultimate personalized customer experience
Analyse data garnered through marketing campaigns in order to learn how a campaign contributed to conversions, customer behavior and preferences. Develop insights that provide actionable solutions
Analyse customers’ demand of the product supply and forecasting the sales trends driven by market events
Manage customer ordering process, remove roadblocks by different methods and collaborate with supply chain team and distributor(s) in order to improve customer experience
Plan and develop strategies and tactics for new product launches
Provide major expert marketing functions in Ophthalmology
Fully adopt Customer-Centricity tools and approaches
