Purpose of the Job
Instructs, trains, and facilitates commercial training activities. This includes planning and implementing all commercial training programs and training events related to capability development workshops.
Typical Accountabilities
- Works closely with peer Asia Areas’ Trainers to develop integrated training materials
- Works with external vendors in the development of training materials
- Works with CCD Manager and Brand teams to identify and prioritize the training needs for assigned client team
- Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been met
- Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in commercial training plan including capabilities development

Essential Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial (including healthcare or related industries)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Good English communication skill
Desired skills or requirements
- Related certification holder (Coaching, Facilitator) is preferred
- Trainer experience
