Product Planning & Implementation

  • Develops strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)
  • Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement

Market Intelligence

  • Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that
    knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.                 
  • Forecast accuracy & Budget Management

Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders 

  • Builds positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing
    their needs and expectations. 
  • Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.

Work with Field Force and Other Commercial & Cross-divisional functions

  • Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
  • Partner closely with Trade Relations, Key Account Management to develop and implement pricing and channel
    strategies
  • Understand the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to
    develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets

Minimum Education:  

Bachelor’s degree, Pharmacy or Medical science background preferred

  • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Efficient in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
