Product Planning & Implementation
- Develops strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)
- Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
- Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement
Market Intelligence
- Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that
knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Forecast accuracy & Budget Management
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders
- Builds positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing
their needs and expectations.
- Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.
Work with Field Force and Other Commercial & Cross-divisional functions
- Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
- Partner closely with Trade Relations, Key Account Management to develop and implement pricing and channel
strategies
- Understand the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to
develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree, Pharmacy or Medical science background preferred
- Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Efficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
