Compensation & Benefit Manager(차장~부장) 채용합니다.

Compensation & Benefit – Analysis & Planning 

  1. Participate in employee compensation survey
  2. Propose C&B strategies and plans based on market analysis
  3. Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation programs and give recommendations
  4. Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
  5. Designs and develops compensation policies
  6. Update and communicate the benefit policies and procedures when it is changed
  7. Recommend changes as appropriate in light of economic, legal, tax and social demands
  8. Proposed all salary adjustment from job offers to new hires to salary adjustment for the promotion based on internal equity and market competitiveness

Compensation & Benefit – Management             

  1. Manage overall payroll process by coordinating with outside vendor  in compliance with legal standards
  2. Coordinate ‘Employee Equity Acquision program’
  3. Manage company benefit programs
  4. Manage International assignment related works

HRIS management       

  1. Manage the HR system, Workday for Compensation and Performanc magement functionality.
  2. Manage the data in HR system
  3. Train employees to use HRIS system effectively


  1. Meet compliance of all HR Compensation and Benefits practices in the country, corporate, divisional and local legislative and requlatory requirements and standards
  2. Involve the Global / local initiated C&B projects


  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
  2. At least 5 years work experience in HR field and at least 3 years in C&B function
  3. Experience and achievement in C&B projects is preferred
  4. Experience of payroll outsourcing, market analysis and market survey is mandatory
  5. Knowledge related to payroll is mandatory: Tax law, social insurance, etc.
  6. High level competency with Microsoft office
  7. Good English proficiency
