Primary Job Function:
- To achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory by maximizing opportunities and gaining new business with new account development.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- 5+ years sales experience in healthcare industry – OBGY (산부인과) sales experience preferred
- Manage and develop key customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible
- Implement marketing action plans and programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Study updated scientific data and deliver key message to customers regularly.
- Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements. Resolve customer complaints if they arise
- Negotiate agreements to generate win-win scenarios that ensure a long-term customer relationship
- Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
- Introduce new products to customers
- Represent company in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards
Education / Experience / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales experience in healthcare industry more than 5 years
- Key account management & Territory Management
- Develop new business opportunities
- Working with teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skill
- Ability to analyze data to develop insights
