[Tasks and Responsibilities]
- Successful commercialization and management of oncology portfolio
: Develop marketing strategy for the oncology brands by leading the development of brand plans that will enable the team to meet targets and overall business objectives
-Investigate and exploit business opportunities for oncology brands
- Responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy for oncology brands
- Lead oncology team and develop direct reports in view of personal and business aspects to achieve strategic goals
- Manage qualitative & quantitative performance of direct reports -Supervise the implementation of Marketing plans
- Coordinate and execute all decided promotional activities in order to achieve the respective sales goals for oncology
- Drive brand focused market research and analytics and manage forecasting for revenue and production
- Develop and manage relationships with TLs
- Lead cross functional team to execute brand initiatives
- Responsible for Project Management
- Deliver profitability by managing sales target and marketing budget
- Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical business practices ensuring compliance of marketing activities
[Qualifications / Requirement]
- Pharmacist or major in scientific field or MBA is preferred
- Marketing experience in oncology is preferred
- Minimum 5~7 years experiences in Marketing & Sales
- Business insight and Strategic mindset
- Cultivate innovation
- Manages ambiguity
- Good spoken & written English
