1. Work closely with IFO to provide accurate and timely financial reports and participate in other financial projects developed by Division or locally as needed
2. Internal Control and Compliance
a. Establish and maintain a sound system of internal control to minimize errors, omissions and frauds
b. Develop and implement local financial policies and procedures in line with the Corporate and local regulatory requirements
c. Ensure a satisfactory internal and external audit results
d. Ensure process on ERP system and daily workflows are efficient with effective internal controls and have sufficient IT support.
e. Manage distributors via. DMS (Distributor management system) reporting and contract compliance review and periodical audit. Manage country credit risk.
3. Planning and Analysis
a. In conjunction with the management team, develop all Plan/ LRP/LBE and other forecasts ensuring reasonableness on an absolute, as well as, performance basis. Continuously improve forecast accuracy.
b. Provide financial support for proposed strategic growth initiatives, monitor country operations performance against financial targets and ensure management is advised on exposure issues.
c. Work closely with the commercial team partnering to support business and organizational growth
Graduate level (major in Accounting)
Recognized professional accounting or MBA Finance qualification preferred
Minimum 5-7 years in a financial/planning role.
Strong background in financial analysis and modelling
Multi-national exposure – desirable
Strong communication (English language) and inter-personal skills
Mobile – willing to move
