• To promote and implement company HR programs as well as to manage overall HR end-to-end process. This position is responsible various HR programs’ planning, deployment and operational management in HRM(HR Management) areas such as Performance Management, Overall Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll. HRM Manager is required to perform key role of strategic planning and designing including effective communications of HR programs that support the business strategy and Vision and Mission with fulfilling Local requirement and under the governance of Corporate headquarter as well.
Lead performance management process to be aligned to corporate performance management strategy, policies and guidelines.
Manage the performance management tool for effective performance management process.
Compensation and Benefits & Recognition
Development of a total compensation strategy that supports the organization’s strategy.
Benchmark compensation and benefit market trends up to the minute and analyze competitors’ compensation scheme to build up the best practice of compensation and benefit programs under the governance from corporate headquarter.
Lead and manage the entire compensation and benefit program throughout the year eg. Salary review, promotional increase and performance bonus program etc. with cross-functional collaborations by ensuring local regulations and company compliances.
Deliver accurate and clear direction of compensation and benefit strategy and policy to department heads and line managers.
Monitor and supervise overall compensation and benefit processes and develop continual improve area if any and mitigate for any issue identified.
Develop and revise the most suitable benefit program customer oriented for Takeda Korea employees.
Monitor the compensation and benefit financial impact and vendor management including reviewing the KPI to control outsourced compensation and benefit processes if any.
• More than 10 years of HR experience including C&B is required
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
