Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategic marketing plan to ensure achievement of its operating plan goals.
Develop and articulate communication messages of overall AKI&CRRT&OST products and targeted customer segments.
Provide sales/ clinical personnel with technical assistance relating to product functions or capabilities and propose effective alternatives and measurements to urgent and unexpected product supply and product quality issues.
Develop accurate forecasts on a monthly basis for each product and portfolio. Review product demand monthly and revise forecast accordingly.
Assist with all sales support activities related to products and programs. This includes personal contact and executive selling to current and potential customers, and major medical teaching institutions.
In conjunction with the sales management, develop target accounts nationwide and assist in developing appropriate sales strategies for each. Coordinate target account activities for expanding market shares.
Review product prices and evaluates strategic price proposals.
Identify market research needs and develop market research surveys to gain information with which to assess product and market trends.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the market segment up to and including controllable expenses, as well as marketing promotional expenses.
Organizing and supervising marketing events including both digital and non-digital type of webinar/symposium/conferences/Develop and manage proper promotional materials and its use.
Business development in search of niche market by finding new resources to meet targets and objectives with effective implementation plan and strategic collaborations in Acute therapy.
Managing and retention specialized distribution channels in business development and special purposes in Acute therapy
Organizing training for internal stakeholders to understand new business development and new products in align with marketing strategies.
Lead the communication with Cross-functional/Regional/Global team to represent and reflect Acute business in Baxter Korea for market growth.
Contributing to create and manage digital tools, program for diversifying sales and marketing activities.
Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
Skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, messaging, branding, and creative product/program development.

- Bachelor degree required.
- Master degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 8+ years sales/marketing experience in medical industry
- 3+ years experiences in product management in medical industry
- High-level numerical reasoning/analytical skills
- Good presentation skill
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
