KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set Marketing strategy and guiding sales force to aim right target.

• Collecting Actual market data and analyzing to set efficient strategy & Action Plan with best idea.

• Collecting the newest event and issue of Market & competitor action to support Sales Force.

• Arrange the Training program for Sales Force co-working with AP Marketing team.

• Planning and supporting the HCP training and Workshop co-working with AP Marketing team.

• Analysis the market trend and find the strategies with Action plan.

• Assist new product launch and promotion working with sales team

• Continuous ideas create to overcome a difficult market environment and manage future risk in advance

• Maintains and updates technical knowledge of relevant therapies, SJM products, clinical practices, regulatory requirements, quality standards and business policies

• Develops and implements Account plans to achieve AOP sales revenues, working at all times in accordance with policies and procedures including the SJM Code of Business Conduct

• Maintains comprehensive and accurate territory records using approved data storage systems and provides reports and forecasts to the Company when requested

• Assists AP marketing team or other functional specialists to identify potential new product or business development opportunities

• Define customer requirement: On development project.

• Define develop drive voice of customer and market research

• Attend company sales meeting s and customer events as required

• Some rural, interstate and possibly international & domestic travel may be required

- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss the industry process and function with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
