Position Summary:
Working within well established guidelines and with readily available higher level support. May have responsibility for one or more administrative functions e.g. Compensation, Payroll & Benefit, Talent Acquisition etc. May be involved in project research under the direction of more senior colleagues.
1. Job Description
• Provides support to Team in overall HR role (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Employee Relations)
• Maintains employee personal files, docs and update latest HR data on internal HR systems
• Perform end-to-end recruitment or trainings to support Team and business units or Functions
• Support HRBPs to manage business relative data report
2. Requirements
• At Least 2 years related experience. (with solid HR Experience, Payroll & related process experiences highly preferred)
• English verbal and written communication skill in business level
• Proactivity and highly detail-oriented with a degree of accuracy regarding data entry
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Big data analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Power point, etc.)
