Expectation

The Chapter Lead builds up-to-date knowledge and surveys future trends related to a chapter’s area of focus. They co-create strategies across the organization, contributing their knowledge and subject-matter expertise.  A Chapter Lead coaches, develops and supports chapter members to achieve their potential in their area of expertise, while building additional personal and professional skills to lift the performance of the group as a whole.

A Chapter Lead demonstrates Creative Leadership competencies and plays the roles of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach; developing and empowering teams to innovate, collaborate, be authentic and own their impact.

A Chapter lead takes player roles according to the need of the squad teams

Main Accountabilities 

  • Identifies trends and business opportunities related to the chapter’s area of expertise.
  • Works constructively with Squad Leads and Chapter Leads to have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver organizational priorities. Allocate chapter members to squads based on their skills and their ability to contribute to the squad objectives. 
  • Coaches chapter members to develop technical skills and expertise
  • Understands the different strengths and skills of every chapter member in order to assess where they can best contribute to business needs.
  • Manage chapter members performance by check-ins, feedback and coach and conduct regular 360 degree feedback, so that they achieve their OKR (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Lead to comply with all SOPs and Code of Conduct and all relevant regulations 

 

As a Chapter Lead  you will ensure that team demonstrates excellence in the following responsibilities

BI (Business Insight) 

  • [Business strategy] Collaborate business strategy development and execution in the assigned squads, project team or company by applying various analytic projects such as pts-build model, forecasting, customer segmentation and targeting, brand portfolio prioritization analysis, etc.
  • [Customer and Business insight] Lead various business analytic activities by identifying the needs of customers, ecosystem and our ecosystem partners and providing timely and comprehensive solutions to address the needs. Analytic activities may involve, but not limited to, global/ regional/ local market research and/or project initiatives. 
  • [Impact Measurement] Provide appropriate data/analysis/insights to help squad and RokET measure its performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions when necessary/ Create and maintain business reports which are foundation to manage corporate business.
  • [Ecosystem landscaping] Collaborate with both internal & external key stakeholders to ensure timely collection and dissemination of competitor information/ competitive intelligence on key products, disease areas and critical issues in the industry
  • [In-field effectiveness]  Recommend customer management strategy by customer profiling / Assess PPOC deployment and activities (FTE etc.) and provide recommendations or insights to squad and RokET in optimizing resource allocation and maximize the efficiencies and effectiveness of field activities.

  • Evaluate current business models and ensure realization of their full potentials in order to seek new channels/ means to further grow the company. 
  • Develop and deliver additional business opportunities that enrich the product portfolio and enhance the strategic flexibility of the company.

Experience & Knowledge 

  • Strong job-related experience and expertise commensurate with the expectations of the role
  • Proficiency in planning and managing resources to deliver objectives 
  • Strength in agile working principles and methodologies
  • Experience in creating and delivering on a strategic vision
  • Experience working with and managing a cross-functional team
