Job Description
Supporting a business planning / quarterly forecast / any ad-hoc planning
Performing actual tracking for Sales and OPEX in monthly basis
OPEX management: monitor actual spending and do follow up action with related counter parties
Business partnering: work with all cross functions and alliance partner
Proactively identify opportunities within the affiliate to drive cost effectiveness and efficiency
Performing assigned accounting/P2P/Internal control monitoring work
In charge of CONCUR monitoring: co-work with shared service team as affiliate topic owner

Minimum 3 years of solid financial experience (Multi-national company or Pharma industry preferred)
SAP experience is required
Experience working with cross-functional teams or various stakeholders
High learning agility, comfort in dealing with uncertain situation, strong project management to drive results with diverse functions and group with backgrounds
Problem solving skill and strong leadership capabilities
Strong communications skills - written and verbal, as well as interpersonal
Demonstrated success as a team player
Proactive mind and time management skill
High level proficiency with MS office, especially Excel
Business level of English
CPA or MBA preferred
