Summary:

Responsible for providing support in managing the products by,
- Preparing the new business integration and commercial readiness
- Collecting customers understanding and developing market insights
- Assisting business planning and budgeting along with business cycles
- Developing marketing communication and managing professional relations
- Supporting business synergistic effects between established product portfolios and new integrated products
- Training all internal stakeholders for clinical/scientific information of responsible Baxter’s products, with crossfuncational team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Customer Management - Healthcare professional & Distributors
- Key account marketing activities planning & execution
- Account analyses and extract the business insights
- Professional education & follow-up the given feedbacks
- Business planning/Budgeting/Forecasting
- Support business planning
- Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecast
- Distributors’ purchasing forecasting and tracking in-market sales
- Marketing promotional activities (Congress/Symposium/Training program)
- Manages development of promotional materials, brochure, sales aids, training materials etc.
- Clear communication with internal stakeholders within organization (including regional/global team)

Qualifications:
|
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry to support business objectives.
- Understand market trends & practices in healthcare industry.
- Analytical skills - Strong analytical and decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative market data for developing strategic thinking
- Communication skills - Strong communication / management skill is needed to manage distributors as external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills - Ability to persuade customers through product presentation with confidence & loyalty to meet needs of the business.

Education and/or Experience:
|
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacology, science or business are preferred
- Preferably having knowledge of medical device
Job Experience
- Working experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- At least 7 years sales/marketing experience in healthcare industry
- At least 4 years marketing working experience required
- Preferred to have one with experience in Business Development, Oncology areas, and alliance management
